After careful consideration and nearly two years of evaluation, we have chosen to partner with Kalibri Labs to enhance the hotel data and analysis offering in our Hotel Horizons® reports. We were fortunate to work with Kalibri Labs to redefine their markets and submarkets. With this transition we expand our market coverage from 60 to 65 major markets and 300 to 435 submarkets, plus offer three chain-scales (upper, mid and lower tier). 

The Kalibri Labs database is comprised of ADR, room revenue, room nights and acquisition costs from more than 8 billion guest stays across 35,000 hotels.  As part of your subscription, you will also have access to demand and rates at the market level among eight segmented booking channels, i.e. OTA, Property Direct, Group, GDS, etc..
